Civil action under Directive 2001/29/EC. Patent infringement claims upon grant. Enforcement under Directive 2004/48/EC. Damages including actual loss, lost profits, and moral damages. GDPR enforcement. Criminal prosecution under Lithuanian Criminal Code (Art. 191-194).
United States
Copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501. Statutory damages up to $150,000 per willful infringement. Patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 271. Trade secret misappropriation under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA). Attorney fees recovery.
The Owner actively monitors for unauthorized use, including automated scanning of public repositories and code-similarity analysis.
